Divine Royal Care LLC Host Home program for adults is located throughout the metro area. Our Host Home is well established and offers safe, experienced, and deeply committed host providers. Each host home is unique in its area of specialty, general layout, and physical location. Our case managers provide extensive support to our clients and host homes, helping clients to receive high-quality services and access to community resources. The standard of care with Divine Royal Care is exceptional while we encourage our individuals and families to choose a host home which best serves their individual need and care.

Who lives in host homes?
At DRC, we offer host home settings for individuals requesting to reside in a family home with their provider. Individuals who require verbal and/or physical assistance with daily needs should consider a host home setting.

What are the responsibilities of a host home provider?
The host home provider’s main focus is to provide a safe and loving environment. Each host home provider is responsible to ensure the health and safety of the customer living in their home while ensuring the customer will have plenty of opportunities for socialization and access to their community resources.

What type of training does a Provider receive?
DRC provides specialized training to all providers. Training include CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Person’s Centered Training Customer Rights, Training on Client’s specifics, and in many other areas.

DRC monitors closely all Host Home Providers to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest level of care.

Residential Models

Personal Care Alternatives (PCA) Adult Group Homes – We currently have 3 three-bedroom PCA homes for our clients which are fully staffed with experienced individuals. Each PCA is equipped with everything the individuals need for a comfortable living, including dedicated vehicles to transport them to appointments, work, day program facilities, etc.

Host Homes – Our Host Home Providers and their families are fully vetted to ensure that they can provide the adequate care that our clients need and deserve. We inspect their homes and ensure they are up to code before doing any client placements.
